Message Content Monitoring

The GaggleTN.com system has built-in controls that automatically monitor students' e-mail messages. The system scans for certain words or phrases which may indicate that the student is abusing the e-mail account.

The School Administrator can customize the list of words and phrases that are monitored. When these words appear in an e-mail message, the message is rerouted to the teacher's "Blocked Folder" before it is sent.

The teacher can review the message and decide whether to allow the message to go through, delete the message, or store the message for future reference.
